01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to nbi8, a digital entertainment platform operating under a valid licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and nbi8 ("Platform", "We").

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the nbi8 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

02 User Eligibility

To use nbi8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration or use.
• Not located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling activities is illegal.
• Not currently represented by a legal guardian or trustee who objects to the use of this platform.
• Never been banned or restricted by nbi8 or any other digital entertainment platform for fraud or misconduct.
• Registering in a personal capacity — not on behalf of any company, organisation, or other individual.

Nbi8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.

03 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in account freezing and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. nbi8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of all public or shared devices after finishing your session.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Nbi8 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank QR, CIMB Clicks and USDT. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

Withdrawals are processed in accordance with set limits and timeframes. Accounts that have completed full KYC verification enjoy higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times. The following are general withdrawal guidelines:

• Complete withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification level.
• Nbi8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding set limits as part of its compliance procedures.
• Funds deposited via a specific method may only be withdrawn through the same method or another method approved by nbi8.
• Any attempt to transfer or withdraw funds suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Nbi8 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by registered members who meet the eligibility requirements specified for each promotion.

For live casino games with real dealers, results are determined live in front of a camera in accordance with international casino standard rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game results, video recordings and system logs will be referenced as final evidence.

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits — check before you play.
• Internet connection disruptions during an ongoing game will be handled in accordance with nbi8's technical interruption policy.
• Any software errors or display glitches that may grant a player an undue advantage will not be recognised, and any bets placed based on such errors may be voided.
• The use of bots, auto-clickers, or any automated tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Nbi8 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure with all associated funds frozen:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to deceive the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or the withdrawal process.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual without written authorisation from nbi8.
• Spreading misleading or false information about nbi8 to others.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in any form of misconduct towards platform staff or other members.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain — bug reports should be submitted to the support team.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Nbi8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms. In cases involving fraud or financial crime, funds in the relevant account may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through nbi8 customer support channels. All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before closure is processed, or any bonus funds that do not meet the requirements will be forfeited.

• Valid cash balances (non-bonus) in voluntarily closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
• Accounts suspended for security reasons cannot access any platform functions until the review is complete.
• Account closure decisions made due to a breach of the Terms are final and not subject to appeal unless new evidence is presented.

09 nbi8 Liability Limits

Nbi8 provides its platform on a best-effort basis to ensure 24/7 availability. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nbi8 is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond nbi8's reasonable control.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the platform.
• Data damage or loss caused by viruses or cyberattacks affecting the user's device.

Under no circumstances shall nbi8's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it will be referred to a neutral independent arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties. • All complaints must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the disputed incident.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing with full details, including account number, date and description of the incident.
